TDI Ltd

TDI Ltd. was set up in July 2002 as a consultancy company in the field of technology development and innovation, exploitation and commercialisation of RTDI results, provision of technical assistance, consultancy and training to SMEs. The company delivers open courses in a number of economic and RTD areas as well as tailor-made in-company training courses following a diagnosis and analysis of the customers' training needs.

The founders and the experts of the company have long experience in a number of EU programmes - PHARE, Leonardo da Vinci, FP4, FP 5, and FP6. They have initiated and managed the following EU-supported projects:

• Operation of IRC in Bulgaria, 2000 - 2004;
• Management Training Programme BG 9908.01 - delivering of in-company tailor-made training courses in marketing, management, production management, finance, and human resources;
• Phare BG 0102.01 "Technology grant scheme and consultancy services to SMEs", Nov. 2003 - Oct 2004. The project provides consultancy and training in the following fields: human resources, marketing, IPR, management, strategic planning, operations management, ISO 9001:2000, technology development;
• Leonardo da Vinci project INNO-PRO. It serves as a laboratory of innovation in the field of lifelong learning.

TDI contributes to developing the logical framework and the training materials, to carry out the testing phase and to valorisation of project's results at national and European level. TDI coordinates the 2nd meeting.
